I am looking for a "nationwide community-based organization" within the meaning of FAA part 107 subpart A. Anyone know of a good one to join? I am in the Northern Virginia area.

You don't need to actually join. Just follow their rules. Another "nationwide community-based organization" I believe is the Drone User Group.
