3 Looking for low light setting suggestions

This was my first attempt at night video with my new Mavic 3 . I'm working on finding the best settings, but would welcome any suggestions for night cityscapes. Thank you.

Plenty of YouTube videos on the subject. I'm new to night video/pics myself. After some research going to try ISO 800, F2.8, 4k 30FPS, White Balance Custom 3800K, and Shutter 1/60. I'm thinking if still too dark increase ISO some and see how that works.
