I have success with Samsung Pro Plus cards. This works great with my Mavic 3 Classic.

If you aren't willing to lose those photos and videos, don't take off with the only copies on board. With that in mind, there's not much justification for going above 128gb unless you're sharing them with other devices that require more capacity.

In which case a 128GB is plenty. Plus 2 off, so one controller or phone, so always one on hand

I use only 128gb in my drone and my cameras, always have backups for those rare days when they are needed
