There are many more knowledgable folks who can help here but at a glance you drove to a dense forest area and started the drone where it could not establish a new home point. A common problem in a dense forest where the drone can’t see sufficient number of satellites. You might find the drone at the Home point which seems to be around 12000 ft NNE of where you were operating the drone.

I have already responded in post #9 in your other thread
... where you didn't mention that it started in mid flight.
The first part of the flight is probably imp[ortant in understanding what's in the second part.

But because the flight data as seen from Airdata is such a mess, it would be best if you could provide the flight data for both parts of the flight, in it's original form, rather than through Airdata.

To post your flight data there are a couple of options ...

1. Go to DJI Flight Log Viewer | Phantom Help
Follow the instructions there to upload your flight record from your phone or tablet.
That will give you a detailed report on the flight data.
Come back and post a link to the report it provides and someone might be able to analyse it and give you an understanding of the cause of the incident.
