I have to replace my Damper bracket because one of the arms broke with a minor-ish crash (JangYao Damper Bracket).

I have the new bracket attached to the Camera, but I am having trouble inserting the rubber mounts; I've been using the tools in the pic. What are some tricks and/or other tools to get these things in?

The new design of gimbal seems to be the real Achilles heel of the Mavic 4 Pro. Numerous reports of problems with this and other forums.

A piece of fishing line looped around the end you need to insert..put the other end thru the hole,, Pull the line till the damper pulls into place.. Carefully cut the wire from the damper. OR- Use some hairspray as a lubricant. any spray that will evaporate quickly will do well. Don't use oil based stuff. I usually just use 91% Alcohol.
Make sure the Damper is orientated correctly before you install it!! (if applicable)

I'm really impressed with your repair skills. DJI doesn't seem to care anymore about how easy it's to repair their newer drones as I would rather spend more money to make them easier to repair like the Mavic 2 drones are.

DJI Drones are a HUGE pain to tinker with really..Its not that all the components aren't top of the line (they are) Its just that they cram it all together and then throw a complex plastic cage around it.
Drones should be made to take an easy "whack" with a branch, or a low speed low altitude crash without too much harm, and while I understand a camera Drone is a pretty delicate iteration of a Drone,The Least DJI could have done is make it a little easier to change out an arm for gosh sake, (why bury it behind a bunch of plastic and stuff that has to be removed? You should be able to "plug-in" a new arm, or better yet replace a camera and gimble with a simple connector!.
In the FPV world if your not breaking arms...Your not trying!
