Magic pro 2 batteries not charging

I have a Mavic 2 pro due to severe illness I was unable to fly it for 6 months now back on feet looking at getting it flying again but battery won’t charge after 2 hours still no lights .i read they go into hibernation I remember storing them fully charged was hoping charge then start but that’s a no any advice

I don’t think you have a hibernation issue. Leaving DJI batteries sitting for an extended period of time can be a problem. Batteries don’t show any lights when powered on?

They have most likely Drained past the point that a charger will detect them. Charging DJI batteries to 100% and storing them without checking them every few weeks or so, is the number 1 killer of these Batteries!
