Shame they are not till next Feb.

Looks good enough to back for one unit, one month service just to check it out with a drone and a dog in my weak cell-service location.
So I backed it; hope they do well - they're already far over their Kickstarter goal.

Feb 2018 units start shipping to backers. Kinda long wait. Then they may ramp up the cost of the monthly subscription cost for coverage.

Correct, but has the potential to be less expensive. For 10 bucks, it's worth it to me to find out, even having to wait until February.
