Map Cache

Hi all,

I am heading out for the day tomorrow with my Mavic. It's unlikely that I'll get a cellular signal so I won't be able to use Bluetooth to teather my iPad to my phone.

How does the map caching work? I want to have the area where I plan on flying available on the map. Does that make sense?

If I remember rightly you open the Go app and open the map then scroll around the area you want to fly in until it's all loaded. It should then be cached. Probably a good idea to avoid restarting the tablet between then and flying in case it clears the cache.
