mavic 1 pro controller at 2.4ghz

Hi everyone

Hope someone might share some knowledge.

I'm flying a Mavic Pro Platinum with the original controller.
According to the MPP specs, Operating Frequency for CE and Transmitter Power (EIRP) is 2.4 and 5.8 Ghz but, original remote controller Operating Frequency according to DJI specs is only at 2.4Ghz.
I'm mostly flying in urban and suburban environments.
Does it make any sence trying to stabilize the signal with a 5.8Ghz Yagi-Uda antenna since the remote operates at 2.4Ghz? Or should I give it a go for the 2.4Ghz?

You shouldn't use a Yagi-Uda intended for 5,8GHz when using 2,4GHz... it will just make the transmission range worse than without.

Instead manually set the frequency to 5,8GHz in the settings in the GO4 app.
