Mavic 2 batteries out of stock lots of places but.....

The link says out of stock.

That's the issue with DJI store links, they divert to the country of the person clicking a link like I posted.
The Aussie store has them, perhaps for 3 or 4 weeks now, so hopefully they might soon show up in your country's store (not sure where you are as location in not shown).

Before they came back in stock, there was a message below the pricing saying expected back in stock xx/xx/2022, and shortly after they showed up.

Not sure if old stock, or clearing stock, or if they do actually care about looking after happy customers still using the older drones.

The batteries for the M2’s are in short supply everywhere. Where they might be available the are now $179 USD in the US. That’s why I jumped on the deal at B&H for the FM kit. I wasn’t quite ready to buy batteries yet, but I didn’t want to take a chance.

I ordered from DJI today, price was 139 Euros, which is around 135 USD.

You're lucky that they are available and cheap(er) where you live. DJI USA is currently sold out and 3rd party retailers are very low on stock.

For interest sake, the Aussie store has them for AUD$239, which is around USD$149.70.
We do usually pay more for everything DJI, probably smaller market size, demand, some shipping factors, and usually generous retailer margins.
