Mavic 2 battery does not turn on, frozen

I have a new Mavic 2 battery that won't turn on.
When I received the battery the LED stayed steady, it didn't flash. I only used it on 2 flights, with the same number of loads.
Every time I used the battery, it couldn't turn off, the LED stayed solid.
Then try updating with the Wizard.
Finally, my battery no longer turns on or charges or turns on the LEDs, it is dead.
The battery shows a development similar to this video, frozen.

Aliexpress, I have been buying the same Mavic 2 batteries from the same supplier for years and everything is fine, it is the first one that has this problem.
I will have bought 10 batteries before this one.

Probably should be returned.

I would simply return it . I purchase Batteries from Ebay all the time from a GREAT seller BUT every now and then I get a Bad on,e I return it to them for replacement. NO problems. If you have a good seller you should be golden.

I’d never buy anything from AliExpress. If it sounds too good to be true, it’s probably false. But that’s just me.
