Mavic 2 Pro Lossing Video Transmission

I’m flying my Mavic 2 Pro for the second time. I keep losing video signal. Is this a connection issue or a Software issue?

Yes, where are you flying from, and what is around you ?

Make sure the cord to the phone is plugged in nice and straight in the phone.
Power your phone completely off, and restart it. Make sure all other apps are closed, Make sure you have plenty of memory, (phone memory) if the phone relies on an SD card for memory, make sure DJI go4 can use it.
Put the phone in airplane mode (no wifi, no cell) and see if its better.

THEN try the signal trouble shooting if it is still a problem.

I was in the city & had no problems. I got out to a fairly less dense area & started having connection issues.

I was flying on Long Island when I started having the problem. There was not much around me at the time.

If it does it again, if a different spot, probably not interference.
Most common issue is connection to the phone. But lets see where the others are leading you.
