Mavic 2 Zoom control problem

Hello everybody and thanks in advance...
I am new, I come to you because I have a big problem with my control of the mavic 2 zoom. I could not find any kind of information.
Apparently I have done some update wrong. Currently no mobile device can detect my control. Neither on mac nor with android. Wanting to return to the first update with the help of (DJI Assistant 2 For Mavic) is locked at 70%.
Will anyone have knowledge of this problem?

Others have reported you can do a factory reset with the Assistant for Mavic software. This is not the same as Assistant 2 for Mavic which only allows attempting to back down to a previous firmware version.

Might try a factory reset to see if you can get back to control.

When connecting a mobile device to your controller, are you using the bottom full-A USB port? That is the best way to connect but you must completely remove any short cable from the side port for the bottom port to activate data connection.
