Mavic 3 telephoto lens with a small spot in it?

Question for all Mavic 3 owners out there. So my telephoto lens seems to have a very fine small spot inside it as shown in the picture. Do you have this same spot as well?

I'm ocd about little fine specs like these. I have one on the main lens too but that one looks more like a dust partial. The telephoto lens spot looks like a burn spot of some sort.

I see something circular at the center of the lens (reflection?) and what appears to be a fiber at the 10:30 position. Nothing at the tip of the arrow.
