It was obviously a pre-order, and during "interesting times," pre-orders may never be received by the optimistic seller, who gets to keep your money until you realize it will never be received, or past the dispute time with your CC, and fighting with them through the A to Z Guarantee is always a nightmare, as Amazon always gives the seller the benefit of the doubt, and more time to respond.

Do we now we have a yet a new category of uncertainty with a third party Amazon Marketplace seller?

Is "ships from Amazon" a distinction with or without a difference when it isn't listed as "fulfilled by Amazon?"
What was the promised delivery date range when you placed the order?
What does Amazon say about the delay?
So is your only recourse the A to Z Guarantee, or is Amazon able to immediately refund your money because it "ships" from Amazon, even though it actually is being fulfilled by the seller?
