mavic air 2 and mavic pro battery interchange.

hello, i posted in the wrong forum earleir, for that i apologize.
I have a buddy that is a licensed PI and has an emergency surveillence gig. he wants to borrow one of my mavic pro batteries for his mavic air2.
will it work,? can it damage the battery? I have battery FB1-3830 model batteries.
