Mavic Air 2 Controller Compatibility with Mavic 2 Pro?

Since they plan on updating the Smart Controller to be compatible with the Mavic 2 Air will they also make the new Mavic 2 Air controller backwards compatible with the older M2P?
They both use Ocusync 2.0 so wanted to know if anyone has heard anything since I do like the updated design of the remote. Cheers!

Good Question... But you know their firmware games... I would say it will work but they WONT ALLOW US to use it!
