Mavic Air 2 - flying side to side issue

Well I sent my Mavic Air 2 back for repair, was a camera related thing. That is fixed, actually it's not, they just sent me a different drone so not sure if they ever did fix the problem, but now I have another issue. I can fly forward and backward, turn no problem left or right but, will not fly sideways to the left or the right unless it is in tripod mode. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks, Frank.

Go to APAS setting in the app and enable sideways flight.
