Mavic Air 2 USB Cable

Is the connecting cable USB 3.0? My controller and drone fail to connect on Assistant 2 or Assistant for Mavic s/w, on PC port, which I think may be USB 2.0. Updates no problem on iphone 11 Pro, wifi, on controller. PC USB port works for other devices.

Did you download the latest assistant? I had to get a latest version. If you plug in the cable and there is the device recognised / plugged in tone from the PC it should be good, you just need the latest version of assistant.

Thanks. Yes, I downloaded both versions, new. I will try on a 3.0. The USB indicated connection made as my controller started flashing across the light bar. But nothing happened on the s/w. Nothing registered as being connected. Luckily my iphone 11 Pro did the work online. I note that DJI have not listed Assistant 2 yet for Air 2 on their Support area. A bit slow.

I used a 3.0 cable on a 3.0 port, but no problem to connect and recognise in DJI assistant for firmware upgrade.
