Mavic air 3 MP4 footage shows as not supported on TV But mini 3 pro MP4 footage plays fine. Both at 264

I have always been able to play back my drone footage on my TV via USB. I recently bought Mavic air 3 and my TV says footage unsupported. I have it set to 264, normal just like my mini 3 pro, which plays back fine with same settings. What am I missing in the settings?
