Mavic Air activation error

I followed all the steps in the DJI Go 4 app to activate my drone. I press the blue activate button on the final page and get this error:

"Activation failed, server error (400), please retry."

Can anyone tell me what's going on or if I'm doing something wrong?

Yes, my cell phone is connected to to internet through my home wifi.
