Mavic air drifting away without even touching the controler

I just had my mavic air replaced and whenever I fly it it starts drifting away on its own. I try hitting pause and it does nothing. Plz help!!

Do all the calibrations first ...

I calibrated IMU and took it for a spin, everything was normal except for some unexpected twitches in direction.
