That's not relevent to the OP's problem. The issue is that Win10 is not recognizing the MA's USB storage device class and using the default Microsoft driver for USB storage.

Installing assistant might resolve the issue though, even if you never actually launch it.

So I just got a new computer with win 10 which I never used before. yesterday I was able to download my picture from my drone and today I get this message no driver available . what do I do ?

Install all the Windows 10 updates and try again.
