Sorry guys, but I couldn't get an answer after looking at past threads hence started this one. I recently learned how to to repair simple items within a drone, like changing arms/gimbal or clean IMU etc. On repairing one drone recently (Mavic Air first gen), I tried to test it but didn't realize that somehow a screw was inside one of the rear motors (rear left if you look at the drone from gimbal end). Although all motors spined, grinding noise came from that arm so I immediately switched it off. Found the screw, took it out. Now ESC error comes up 3no. & 4no. I'm sure these are referring to arms, not sure what numbers are which motors? Not sure why its saying 2 although screw was in one. Reset the drone using Assistant 2, on switching the drone on I can see the usual procedure including all motors moving slightly, but error is still there. Not sure what to do? any advice will be highly appreciated.

Error 3 is a camera error and error 4 is a vision sensor error.
Are you sure all cables are seated correctly on the boards ? Did you put them together and not replace the silicone?
please tell us why are you repairing the Drone? Crash?
If it was in a crash or hard landing you may have a board problem.
What esc error are you getting? Number please.

Thanks for your reply. its error 3No. and 4No. always thought these are for motors, but guess I was wrong.
I bought a for repair only drone through ebay. It was just an led on one of the front arms that wasn't working so I relaced it (used silicone on soldered bits). Then when trying to test before putting the case together, all motors spined when I started the drone using remote, then heard a clicking sound from one of the props, found a screw inside, removed it, since then ESC error with mentioned codes.

The no means a bad component or faulty connection.
You may need to replace the arm with the motor that had the screw in it. and you still have a bad connection somewhere,
explain "used silicone on soldered bits?

So as you mentioned 3No and 4No errors doesn't mean gimbal? so 2 errors can be due to 1 arm? I'm also trying to find a way to test the motor without disordering, if possible, never done that before, is there a way?

On the newly soldered wires, I used this.

if you soldered the wires to the board you don't need to do that.
However where the cables plug into the board, Those connections NEED the silicone to keep from vibrating lose in flight.
Your errors are not from the arm. However the motor with the screw in it may just play a part Replace it.

A few things to consider:
Was the Drone in a crash? if so you could very well have a main board problem (solder chipped from board)
To effectivly repair your drone you will need to learn to solder OR solder better. TIP 1 do not use a hardware store soldering iron!!!! WATCH THIS!!
