Mavic Air Frquency selection what is best Auto or Manual

I've been told to select the best frequency before each flight, what is best leave it on auto select or select a frequency each time on manual mode.

Thank you Ron...165 is exactly what I ve been using lately, can you tell me if someone is flying in the same park per say using the same frequency will that affect my fly.

I always fly using manual channel selection and pick the best channel before I fly.

165 might work brilliantly in one spot but terribly in another.
