Also... the mavic pro 2 you have to have the 4 bank charger on the outside and the power cord on the outside in the stretchy parts. Overall I would call it bag for bag the mavic air is half the size than the pro. One downside is even with 3 extra batteries on the air you net around 60 minutes of usable flying while the pro will offer some 75 minutes.

For this reason I feel the mavic air wins on portability. I will be keeping both. I find use in both.

Of course mavic2 is bigger and heavier than Air.

But it is still portable, and with maximum specs.

In fact, after mavic2, ma and MP are old already.

I will not buy a mavic2 (for now at least), I'll keep my old Mavics, but I think mavic2 are the perfect portable-foldable drones until now.

I already own the mavic air and I find use in keeping it. Small and can fly in to various locations easier. Through doorways would be a big benefit.
