A lot of people here use that charger. There are quite a few threads about it.

As for using a third-party battery --- well, you're taking a significant risk to save not a lot of money.

Had 3 dji batteries swell up less than 40 charges
Willing to take that chance

The charger I have, it works great.

I wouldn't touch that battery.
I have 3 DJI batteries, they all fine after 11 months of use.
