Mavic Bad Battery Cell

So...tried to fly this weekend and got a alert that said
'Cant take off - Bad Battery'
I checked the cells and sure enough they read
4.31, 4.13, 4.26

So...I think this is my brand new battery with maybe 1-2 flights on it. Is there a way to check how many charge cycles? Think I can return/exchange it?

You can find that in the following section of DJI GO:

I checked the cells and sure enough they read

Is that what the cells are showing when the battery is fully charged?
