A thread was created over on phantom pilots by the engineer that designed it (username cIJI) but it was closed a few months ago. Now the Snapgiz site is selling what appears to be the same thing but I'm not sure it's from the same person.

At first I thought "why in the hell would you wanna do that?!?". It flies nice though, and in the end... the phantoms can be such a pain to transport... if you could fold it, that does make sense. Looks horrible to me though, but that is just because it's such an unfamiliar sight I guess.
