Mavic Deliveries - UK

Well i must be very unlucky then, i ordered my flymore package sunday 22nd Jan, 5/7 days dispatch, so should be sent by now to be told they still haven't a clue when it will be dispatched.
Reading on here others in the uk have had theirs even though they ordered after me.
DJI live just services was next to useless. Even though last Friday when i spoke to them last friday dispatch date was today.
Im thinking i ordered a spare set off props at the same time, if they could be the problem but just services couldn't tell me that in fact he couldn't tell me noting except i not getting it yet no dispatch date known yet.

Well that's nice ! I've waited 3 months for my Mavic order with very.co.uk to find they've suddenly cancelled it without any warning ! I'm absolutely livid with them. What's also ludicrous is that the extras I purchased for the Mavic I can't cancel and they've not refunded the carriage cost they insisted on charging for the Mavic at the time of ordering. What a bunch of #%%**rs!! ... not happy.

Waited for months with drones direct, cancelled!
ordered direct with DJI 10 business days max, cancelled as told after 15 business days that out of stock.
ordered last night at7pm with Digital Rev and already shipped, will be with me on Monday!!!!!

AT LAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! do I dare get a little excited?????

Doh! no I didn't and went for fly more so would have been more, ho hum that would have been nice but that's not going to dash my excitement to much! off sking on Saturday so have to learn to fly a drone before then lol

lol I've just check my online account with very after reading your post and mine too now says "not available" not a call email from them to tell me this and I've even paid some of it off?! Wtf! Where is my refund notice! Crap company, will never shop with them again but sooo glad I ordered and received from digital rev a few weeks ago now!

Awful way to treat customers. Not even an email to say it has been cancelled and any money paid gets put as a credit on your account.. I have spoken to them on the phone and it will take up to 12 days for a refund !!

Are we absolutely sure that if you have a problem, you can get a repair or warranty claim in the same way as if you bought UK, or DJI directly ?

Well I ordered mine two weeks ago and still waiting.
I guess a little longer won't hurt. Half term in a weeks so would be nice for then.

I ordered mine from a large UK camera specialist in October.
Hope to get it in next four to six weeks. [emoji20]

Otherwise may decide to cancel and wait for Mavic 2.

Don't really need it until an event around Easter. So will decide end of this month.

I've just checked my account and I've paid for it and shipping is pending via dpd don't know if that means anything in the eyes off dji.

They are still quoting 7/10 days for the combo and 3 just for the Mavic

Well after waiting since October for jessops to pull there finger out my friend is bring me 2 flymore combos from Australia this week, it's all been rather last minute but he seemed to take it as a personal challenge when I said they are hard to come by! When he said he d found 2, I sent him the money for them both!

I will be cancelling with jessops today and hopefully it ll bump someone else up the queue.

The Additional combo is in the classifieds for pretty much what I paid for it. If anyone's interested.

Got them from a dji dealer in Melbourne , they were pre orders that the original purchasers didn't come and collect.

I cancelled with Heliguy on the 13th January and ordered from DJI. That order arrived last Tuesday, 12 working days after the order was placed.

Well I've just had a email from dpd and a delivery is out for me tomorrow. I'm not expecting anything else so fingers crossed it's what I think it is.
Even though dji haven't told me it's coming out.
In fact they haven't told me anything. We will see tomorrow.
