Mavic mini does not connect with Remote controller

Hello from Mexico !!

After 37 sucessful flights with my new MM, today I could not pair the MM with the RC.

I have found in the owners manual the following process:

* Press and hold the power button for more than four seconds, RC beeps continuously

* Press and hold the power button of the aircraft for more than four second, aircraft beeps once indicating is ready to link

I have tried this process some times with out sucess until now

I would like to know if some one from the forum has had similar condition and if there is any alternative option I could have to correct the problem

I really appreciate any support.

It is rare for RC/AC binding to be lost on its own l, but some have found that happen after firmware update. Be sure RC and AC are close to each other, like within a couple feet.

Some have found binding works after removing the SD card, and problem returns when SD card is put back in. Solution was to format the card on a PC, after which all was well even with the card installed.
