Is it now possible to change the firmware from 01.00.0600 to a lower one?

I read about the dji assistant method but unfortunately after installing the program I can't find the .ini file

they can downgrade it, i will send it to them to have nfz and altitude limit removal and they will also downgrade it to .0450 or 0500, i havent decided yet.
