I read about the dji assistant method but unfortunately after installing the program I can't find the .ini file

yes if you have the mini 3 pro you can send it to flylusive.com

they can downgrade it, i will send it to them to have nfz and altitude limit removal and they will also downgrade it to .0450 or 0500, i havent decided yet.
