Mavic Mini EV adjustment

I have noticed that when recording night videos in the city, the EV expusure setting changes absolutely nothing. Is this a hardware limitation? have tried from -3 to +3 and I don't see changes in exposition.

Night scenes are very high contrast. The ev is probably changing correctly, but the image has so much more dynamic range than the sensor can capture, that you don’t notice the change.
