Prop warp makes a lot of sense.
I have the FM case, and always align the props horizontally before storing without any rubber bands holding them down.

Even with the M2, for concern of prop warp, I remove the props before storing the AC in the FM bag.

I have wondered about this myself as the Fly More case makes it easy to misalign the props. I have a 3d printed clip that holds the props in the proper position when stored and I have had no problems with the Max Power Syndrome.

It would be interesting to see how many of the pilots that have suffered this problem also use the Fly More case.

I get the max power warning on occasion, but thats typical when its fighting a headwind. Props are stored carefully in the FMC case but also have this 3D printed "thing" which can assist with storing the props correctly.

Its pretty basic but does the job with minimal filament used.

Wow some great ideas to keep them props together!

The problem appears to be with the rear props which are the ones stored on the bottom of the Mini. With the Fly More case, the solutions are more limited as many holder designs won't fit. There is a wider version of one shown in an above link but I found it too stiff and hard to remove. I was concerned the gimbal cover would be damaged in the process. This is the one that works for me.
