Mavic mini won't boot

I have a mavic mini that just won't fully power up.
When I boot it first boots normally but then it blinks red, and the battery indicator LED's number one and four, burn and keep burning whilst the main LED flashes red.
Oh and that's it, you can't power down. It reacts to nothing but battery removal.

Any thoughts?

Try taking the mSD card out. It fixes some problems but I don't know it if will fix this one.
If it does move the contents of the card to you computer (if you want to save them) then reformat the card and put it back in the mini and see if the problem returns.
If it does try another EMPTY card etc. etc.

Try download the DJI Assistant 2 and reapply the firmware.

Will that load direct in the drone? Cause usual updates don't load. It has no connection to the drone from the controller.

Download the DJI Assistance for Mavic DJI Assistant 2 For Mavic- DJI Download Center- DJI

and connect the drone by the Micro USB port.
