I went out tonight with my daughter and my Mavic to take some sunset pics. I ran into two distinct problems and I'm hoping the people here can teach me where I'm going wrong/what I need to adjust to correct these issues.

1. Pic 1 - Too white/bright. I tried playing with the white balance, trying out each of the presets as well as the custom. Nothing worked. A lot of my pictures turned out like this.

2. Pic 2 - I assumed the Mavic camera would take far higher resolution pics. The Mav is about 15 feet up in the air at this point and zoomed in a bit. I figured I'd be able to zoom in without so much degradation in the quality. Instead I'm finding it gets pixelated fairly quick.

What do I need to change to fix these issues?

I couldn't see your pics but here's what I've been doing. I'm only a month into the hobby but I've learned you need to tap your screen where you want to focus for optimal photos. Also, YouTube dji mavic cinema settings and you'll get to adjust the camera settings the way they should be out of the box. Sensitivity on the gimbal is way to fast, frame rate, white balance etc. take a few pics and write down what settings you used. +1 -1 -1. Also, look into ND polorized filters for the lens.
