Has anyone experience a compete power down in mid-flight. My Mavic Pro 2 dropped out of the sky after taking off and at about 5' power down. The unit suffered damage to the camera and scratches. I reviewed user input and this is the final stick input (stick up).

The unit is two months old and don't think it should be replaced with a re-furbished unit.

Check the battery to see if it has swollen ...

My guesses would be battery issue (defect or not secured properly), or you accidentally held both sticks down and in or down and out (just before you tried to recover with full left stick up), which kills the motors if you have the drone set to do so at any time rather than in a failure. Those are the two most likely things anyway.

If you can post the full logs someone can probably tell if the drone lost voltage.

How do you retrieve the logs? both sticks were not held down and in or out.

Unfortunately not. Only the onboard DAT file records voltages at a high enough sample rate to detect the voltage drop, which occurs over around 80 ms, and we can't decrypt those DAT files from the M2.

Interesting, thanks.

On one of my batteries out of three, the left barb doesn't stick out quite as far as compared to the rest. Left side can be pulled loose from the body, though it takes moderate force to do.
I try to remember to hold the battery by its sides forward of the locks and see if I can shake it loose. Not too hard of a shake, and only a few inches from the ground.
