Mavic pro 2 zoom sensors

I went out flying the other day and put my remote on T and expected to see all the sensors come on. But only the front and back sensors came on. I landed it, turned the remote off , my ipad off, then turned everything back on. Took back off and went into T again and just the front and rear sensors came on again.

Maybe a recalibration is needed for the sensors.

I mostly fly with them off.
The one time they worked the zoom locked up and drifted within inches of hitting the object, and locking me out of control.

The side sensors are only active in ActiveTrack or Tripod Mode. For all other flight modes, they are off.

I have no idea why DJI does this...

Save battery.
I never fly with any on.

Yes, but OP said he was flying in T mode, which I can only assume he meant Tripod mode.

From what I have read that all the sensors only come on in T mode once you are up and on the move.
