mavic pro air battery is completely dead!

Hi pilots,

I just received my Mavic Air Fly more combo back today and one of the three batteries is completely dead. When I put it in charging dock for charging, it dock shows green light and immediately turns to red. When I remove the battery and press the button, no lights on the battery at all. I tried connecting the charging cable directly to the battery and still no luck. Is my battery faulty one? or am I doing anything wromng?

PS: the 2 other batteries charged just fine.

It's a brand new mavic air bought from costco and received by post yesterday.

Contact them and have it replaced...

Contacted Costco and they are going to replace the whole order.

I had exactly the same issue with one battery in the Combo pack - purchase date was June 26 - the battery was replaced at point of sale with a separate unit. That battery is fine. I question whether DJI have a series of batteries which have been released with the Combo pack which are defective. Please post if you have experienced same. frats, Rosco Melbourne, Australia

Same with me. the 3rd battery is not working anymore.
