MAVIC PRO BOTTOM SENSORS NOT WORKING

Yesterday I came in for a landing with my Mavic and I pulled the left stick on the controller completely down as always since the bottom sensors stop the mavic before it hits the ground and lands it safely for you. However my Mavic smashed into the ground. I flew it again today and Landed it slowly but I still noticed that the sensors werent working. I had GPS signal and it was drifting all over the place. Whats happening

Did you disable the Landing Protection setting in DJI GO?

I never recommend people rely on the sensors as I've seen people smash their drones against the ground like that.

The app should have a readout for the ultrasonic sensors on screen. Make sure downward sensors are enabled.

I've also seen glitches with mixed firmware that disable the bottom sensors. Try refreshing your firmware as a last resort.
