Hi! I have a Mavic Pro and when my iPhone XS Max is connected to the RC via lightning to usb plugged into the bottom port as well as the side lead, i get no image, just a black screen but i do not receive any error messages and the gimbal status reads as normal. any ideas on how to fix or troubleshoot the issue???

I read somewhere else that if you are using the bottom USB port you need to unplug the side cable

@Jackcutrone is correct AND I had this problem when I first got my MPP I had a similar problem and I had inadvertently turned the Camera Setting Dial (Number 1) had been turned to a position that left me with an apparent loss of image on the display, only the GO 4 app. Just a thought
