Mavmount USB cable length?

I've taken the plunge!

Ordered a mavmount from the USA.

Currently I run an iPad Mini 2 and use a short, braided, right angle 'TOWAYS' USB <> Lightning cable (which I love).

However, it'll be too short for the mavmount.

What's the ideal cable length?

I think I'll go for the Anker Powerline+ on Amazon, they have great reviews both on Amazon and on here (which I value more than Amazon reviews!)

They do a 1ft and a 3ft, so I've bought both... I'll return whichever I don't need

I can recommend Anker cables. Very hardwearing

I use the Mav Mount with a iPad Pro 9.2 and the 1' cable works fine.

looking at some of the questions asked on that page it been mentioned its 30cm mate.

Sorry - the invoice had the specs, for some reason the site doesn't. It's 11 3/4". The closest length I could find that works.

That should work just fine.. I use a 12" myself, but there's some slack.
