Maximum Altitude Reached

Hi Guys,

Newbie MP'er here... I have been flying with my iPhone 7 Plus up to now and changed over to an iPad Mini today. I cannot get higher that 30 m and it then says "Maximum Altitude Reached...." It is set to 200 m. Any ideas?

Do you have beginner mode off and are you logged into your DJI account?
