May I ask - what is the potential causation of these video anomalies, please?

Dear Colleagues,
On my video, there were 2 types of irregularity-
1 when rising out of the trees, the revealed branch details were missing for a split second and then the details appeared. It is quite hard to demonstrate but was quite clear in the original 4k footage. Its appears to be a delay in the rendering of the details.
2 horizontal lines flickering over the whole field of view. This appears distinctly different from the usual pattern of propeller interference one sees in some videos.

1) Can't even imagine what you're taliing about in the absolutely horrendously compressed sample. From the words, could be standard H264 compression artifacts, a keyframe restoring fine detail that wasn't encoded properly in the delta frames.
2) Definitely prop shadow.

Yes. I couldn't find a way to just cut the unedited video into a segment and keep it in its unedited form. But essentially it looked somewhat like this.
