member's map not displaying anything

Hello - Searches for the issue I have but couldn't find anything; hoping someone can help.

When I go to member's map to see and connect with others within my area, the window opens up but the map doesn't display anything. Has anyone seen this and is there a solution?

I tried Edge and Chrome on my laptop and tried it on my iPad, none display anything. Pls see pic.

This issue is due to a security setting in both browsers. You can fix this by doing the following

Click on the Lock (or info symbol( in the browser address box



Next, click on Site Settings

Scroll down until you see "insecure content" and change the default from "block" to "allow"



Reload the page in your browser and it should work

@Bornos - how long are you waiting? I ask because sometimes on my Sansung Tablet, running Chrome, I'll pull up the map and I get the screen you do. I've waited up a minute before the maps shows. Most times, it loads in about 5-10 seconds. I don't know why there is a delay sometimes.

Hello Prop Wash - I just waited about 1.5 min to no avail. I truly believe it is the security settings on my browser that i had to update.

Most folks do not "stretch" the limits of the Members Map. It is a limited Google Map, we used to get the "Pegman" that you could drag onto the map and go to Street View, but no more…

But there are still three views that you can set using the selector box at the top right of the screen and you can select: Satellite View, Terrain View, or a Hybrid View, and you can Zoom in all the way to see the individual buildings…

As the old saying goes, "Try it, you'll like it…"
