Check these guys out- they have a contract with the PD in my home town to do first response flights for situation awareness. I think they will be using the tallest building in town as their takeoff point, and they have a BLOS waiver. Will be interesting to see what success they have. They ran a wanted add posting on Indeed for a local pilot to fly for them, I wouldn’t do it but someone must’ve took them up on it.
