DJI sell one on their store.
Or, just look on Google. The remote is the same as the Mavic Air 2, so an iPad mount that fits that will also fit your Mini2 remote.

I’m a very new pilot with a Mini 2. I like the idea of using an iPad because of the bigger screen and have narrowed my possible choice down to 2 on good old Amazon. However, the pics seem to indicate that the data cable on the controller that is obviously long enough to plug into my iPhone, may not be long enough to plug into an iPad. Is this correct, and if so, where can I get a longer cable, please?

I was also looking into this and found an 11.8” remote controller data cable on Amazon. For the Mini 2 I believe you will need USB-C to whatever your tablet connection is.

I glued a small block of wood onto the lower back of an iPad 3, about size of a conventional box a matches.
The use the normal phone mount to grip the block of wood.

Oh, I actually used double sided tape to glue it to back of iPad
