Mini 2 wont turn on

When i put in battrey on my mini 2 and try to power up the 4 leds flash 8 times quick and the rear led does nothing.Anyone have any ideas?

The only reference I can find for all 4 LEDs flashing simultaneously is to indicate a damaged battery. The manual says this is during charging though, doesn’t mention when powering up. I’d suggest trying another battery.

Ya i did 3 same result talked to dji and im sending to them. Thanks for the input alan

Yup, I have the same issue. I flew Wednesday and no issues. I got down and did a transfer of data and then it had trouble turning it off... it was warm but I don't think it over heated.
I'm also sending it in to be looked at. They gave me a label and paid for shipping but we'll see what they find.
