No not at the moment but according to DC Rainmaker, it is something they will likely do in the future but knowing DJI, it may take some time.

The new controller is not the "Pro" though it comes with the Mini 3 Pro. It is called the "DJI RC" and has a screen like the RC Pro. The OP is talking abut the new DJI RC controller, not the RC Pro (confusing isn't it?).
Currently the DJI RC (with screen and 700 nits brightness) is only compatible with the Mini 3 Pro. That may change.
The Mini 3 Pro is NOT compatible with the RC Pro at this time.

It does not but several reviewers are now saying their contacts at DJI say compatibility with Mavic 3 is all but a done deal and coming soon as their are apparently SKUs showing up bundling a Mavic 3 with the RC controller for sale that look to be coming to retailers. No word on the Air 2S however. Also no word on selling it individually yet.
