Mini 3 Pro - longest range?

Mini 3 Pro pilots, what is your longest range when flying? The specs on the drone is 12 km. Is this possible?

This guy here took it out 2 km over water to a cruise ship and only lost signal at the ship which was suspected to be interference from the ship.

Prob could have better range with RCPro over RC.

When I was getting my private pilot's license my instructor told me that the weather is what you see out the cockpit window, not what's written on the METARs and PIREPs.

The same is true of the range of drones. The actual range you can fly the drone at is whatever distance the signal drops out, not what someone tries to convince you of on an Internet forum.

1 mile,100 feet above water (disclaimer;river,no people,hills on ech side,aprox 250 feet high+ VLOS),stopped after hitting 1 mile ,full bars,when making 180 turn signal dropped down to 1-2 bars and went back to full after i had mini facing my location….i assume drop in signal was due antenna location in mini 3 pro

A friend got it to 3.3km (~2 miles) with the RC remote. Bonneville salt flats - completely clear, no obstacles.
